At Sugarbush Creek Farm we believe that the most important part of a maple syrup farm is the trees. We work hard to keep our trees healthy and happy. We spend time in the woods harvesting unhealthy trees and using them as a sustainable fuel source. All of our sap is boiled down over a roaring wood fire.
